EPV’s CEO and CFO to present at Rodman and Renshaw Global Investment Conference

November 7, 2008—Robbinsville, NJ, USA: EPV SOLAR, Inc.’s, CEO, Scott T. Massie, and CFO, Tom Werthan, will be presenting at the Rodman & Renshaw Annual Global Investment Conference taking place November 10-12, 2008, in New York City. The Conference, being held at New York City’s Palace Hotel, will feature the Energy Industry among other industry tracks, including Steel, Metals, and Mining; Healthcare; Asia and Growth Companies; and Special Purpose Acquisition Companies. The conference is expected to draw over 2500 attendees and offers nearly 250 presentations from industry and investment experts.

EPV SOLAR’s presentation will take place at 9:55 am Monday morning, November 10, 2008, shortly after former President Bill Clinton’s Keynote Address. Mr. Massie’s and Mr. Werthan’s presentation will address trends in the solar energy market and the increasing importance and growing market share of thin-film technology in particular. They will highlight the successful evolution and promising future for EPV SOLAR due to the advantages of the company’s commercially proven manufacturing process and a growing global awareness of the environmental and economic benefits particular to thin-film photovoltaics.

EPV SOLAR is a New Jersey-based amorphous silicon thin-film solar module developer and manufacturer and currently sells its product to customers in grid-connected and off-grid markets in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
